Returns Policy

pyaracollection.com offers a 10-day return policy wherein broken or unsatisfactory products can be exchanged or returned within the specified period. Defective items qualify for free replacement, while damaged or misrepresented products are eligible for refunds. Customers can also exchange products they don’t like by returning them to the official address, with assistance provided in selecting a replacement, though a Rs. 200 charge applies. Conditions for exchange or refund include the item being unused, in perfect condition, and in its original packaging, with the original receipt required. Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange. While pyaracollection.com cannot be held liable for loss or damage during transportation, customers can contact them via email or phone for assistance or inquiries regarding their return policy.

Packaging

After a customer place an order on pyaracollection.com, our Quality Control (QC) team meticulously inspects the product. This inspection process is overseen by two individuals to ensure thoroughness and accuracy. Following inspection, the products are carefully packed in plastic wrapping before being placed inside our branded boxes, crafted from high-quality materials to convey durability and professionalism. Each order is then enclosed within a plastic flyer for added protection during shipping. Additionally, both the interior and exterior of our boxes are meticulously wrapped in bubble wrap to mitigate the risk of any damage occurring during transit.

SHIPMENT POLICY

1. We ship worldwide.
2. All our international shipments are fully insured, sent with a tracking number,
and will be shipped 3-4 days after payment.
3. Items shipped from our studio in ramot menashe ISRAEL via ECO post.
It takes around 1-3 weeks getting to the US and Europe.
4. Deliveries overseas may be charged in coasts of costumes (import tax) or Vat (value added tax) according to the states specific law. These charges are hard to predict and are out of our control. Any charge of this kind will be paid by the purchaser.
5. We will not be held responsible for delays or lost items due to customs or postal services, moreover if needed, you are responsible for picking up your item at your nearest post office.

EXCHANGE POLICY

1. Exchange or return may be made 14 days from the day of receiving the item, along with the tax invoice receipt.
